  HOW TO DRINK MORE WATER I drink around 4-5 litres of water every day in summers while completing even 4 litres during monsoon and winters becomes a common challenge. So here are some tips on how I complete my water intake. 1. I fill 4 bottles of water every 1 litre and time myself to finish it every 4 hrs. I wake up at 5 so my first bottle has to be complete before 8 as I do my workouts early morning The second bottle to finish by 12 pm being the busiest part of my day. The third bottle I time to finish before 4.  Finally the last bottle before 7 pm. After that, anything I drink is a bonus. 2. I always sip and drink water never gulp it at one go. 3. While at work I keep the bottle right in front of my laptop, the thumb rule is every time I see the bottle ill take a sip of it. You won't even realise the bottle getting finished. 4. I am the biggest follower of Miracle Morning, a book by Hal Elrod. A must-read for all who are willing to wake up early and make each day count. Waking up an hour earlier, and combining six of the most proven, most powerful personal development practices did make a lot of difference in my life. The most important ritual to follow once you wake up early is DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY SOCIAL MEDIA APP UNTIL YOU FINISH YOUR ROUTINE. WE ALWAYS HAVE A CHANCE When I first read this sentence from Mahatria's cover page ( my guru) it took me 5 years back when life gave me a chance to quit my dream job or take a plunge and be an entrepreneur and start my own consulting company. It was the toughest decision of my life. The feeling of insecurity, self-doubt, anxiousness, anxiety, and fear of failure lingered around me for months. I just took a leap of faith and revisiting those years I feel so blessed to have made that decision. Life gives us several such chances to think, accept and act and based on that we have three kinds of people: 1.
