 WAKING UP AT BRAHMA MUHURTA AND ITS BENEFITS

Do you wake up feeling heavy and lazy all day?

Waking up post-sunrise creates a lot of metabolic disorders in our body leading to a lack of enthusiasm in our day-to-day activities.

The best time for waking up is between 4 am to 4:48 am. This is called Brahma muhurta. So ideally waking up before the sun rises should give a good boost to your metabolism. I know most of you find it difficult and we can't achieve this right tomorrow. But we can start with waking up 30 minutes before your current wake-up time and gradually progress.

Benefits of waking up at Brahma Muhurta:
🌞 On Brahma Muhurta, there is a secretion of the Melatonin hormone which is a mood stabilizer.

🌞 Boost Immune System.

🌞 Increased energy levels.

🌞 Balance blood PH.

🌞 Better mind and body connection.

🌞 Better Health.

🌞 For me, it's my BEST ME TIME.

Routines to be followed before Sunrise:

✔ Drinking water on an empty stomach help induce bowel movements.

✔Teeth and tongue cleaning.

✔ Oil pulling.

✔ Meditation for mental clarity.

✔Yoga or exercise.
