Any fitness journey isn't perfect. We always see so many before-after transformation posts and go wow and Aha about it. What we see is just before and after and not the process.
The process is filled with grit, dedication, failures, cheats, compromises, pain, sweat, and a hell of a lot of self-belief and self-acceptance challenges. Usually when on a weight loss journey with mere a single cheat we land up permitting ourselves to cheat for the whole day, week sometime even giving up on the journey. When we take a setback, the one who accepts it, acknowledges it, and gets back on track is the one who gets success in the end.
Whether you are a beginner to a fitness journey or already into it. Every meal is an opportunity to get back on track and progress. Don't make your temporary setbacks a reason to ruin or give up on your entire fitness journey. Just get back and bounce back even harder. No one trusts me no one can stop you from achieving your fitness goals when you overcome flaws and grab every opportunity.
