I am very much confident all those who commented about waking up 30 min before must already be nailing it into their everyday routine. Let's discuss some tips on how to wake up early to embrace the benefits of Brahma Muhurta. Trust me I have been struggling through the same until I started making small changes which helped me to align myself to waking up at 5 am. Some tips are: Start sleeping early. The best time to sleep is always 9-10 so that you complete your sleep and wake up fresh. Do not perform any high-intensity workout post 6 pm. This should help your body relax and help you sleep sooner. Reduce screentime post 6 pm. Do not drink coffee post 6 pm. Keep away your mobile devices and do not carry them with you in your bedroom. Waking up post-sunrise creates a lot of metabolic disorders in our body leading to a lack of enthusiasm in our day-to-day activities. The best time for waking up is between 4 am to 4:48 am.   WHAT IS REALISTIC EXPECTATION: Weight gain is never fast until associated with a medical condition. Most people gain weight gradually over 10-20 years with poor food choices and a bad lifestyle.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Just to give an example, if you gain as little as 0.05 kg consistently every week, you will gain 26 kg in 10 years!⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Most of us want to lose weight which is piled up through the years, as early as possible and we land up doing it the wrong way by the method of crash diet, starvation, overtraining, surviving on salads and the chances of bouncing back of weight have very high chances. So don't settle for the shortcut method, it would only give short-term results. Patience is the key.
