REASON TO WORKOUT THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW YOU LOOK:
The most mundane reason for working out has always been to achieve a fitter body while there are many more other advantages of doing workouts. Here is a reminder of the same program is done by 10 different people following the same diet, exact same workout still they would LOOK DIFFERENT because we are uniquely beautiful human beings who are unique in their own physical state.
Comparing our body is the biggest mistake we do while on any fitness regime. I Beleive any workout is a good workout as long as you do it with 100% grit and enjoy the process which leads to consistency. Let us evaluate certain other benefits we reap with the help of workouts.
Physical strength:
It's my favourite with consistent workout comes strength gain and the ease to do more giving you that adrenaline rush of the power you feel within. My biggest motivation. The confidence which comes out of it is unbeatable.
Emotional Health:
Exercise release endorphins happy hormones which helps you feel good post-workout also a sense of achievement and proud feeling is unbeatable
Helps build community
Group exercises help you meet like-minded people and tend you push you even harder in healthy competition. The commitment and excitement is always higher
Bone density
As we age we lose bone mass and density. Exercise helps us to retain bone density and save us from a serious condition like osteoporosis.
Increased energy
Workout leads to a healthy sleep cycle. The increased strength and stamina will make you feel energised throughout the day to day activities.
Heart health
The heart is a muscle too with good workout regimes and active lifestyle heart can get healthier too.
FITNESS DOESN'T T HAVE A LOOK
So let's stop comparing and focus more on all the other empowering reasons for a workout that has nothing yo do with how we look.
