Sweating Doesn't Burn More Calories

Sweating does not burn more calories.

An increase in body temperature does not result in an increase in calories burned. It's just a water loss. Fat is insoluble in water.

When the temperature of the body rises, sweat glands tend to cool the body temperature by releasing sweat.

The result of the process is temporary. The water loss is recovered once you drink water.

Conclusion:

Too much sweat doesn't mean you are burning too many calories, you can still be burning good calories by lifting good weights and not sweating that much.
