I love to go on hiking anytime I'm free. Taking one step after another to finally reach the peak and experience what it looks like from the top is such a liberating feeling.


Taking small steps toward a healthy lifestyle is very similar. You don't know what it looks like from the top unless you have taken the smaller steps to reach there.


Some days we might be exceptionally doing well. Appreciate it. Some other days we might fall off track. Accept it.

  • Maybe it's just a simple walk every day instead of a gym workout
  • Maybe its just 4k steps instead of 10k
  • Maybe it's just Saying No to an unhealthy meal
  • Maybe it's making healthier choices over junk food.


Something is better than doing nothing. Smaller steps, smaller milestones, and smaller sacrifices made will eventually lead to bigger success. So time to take that first step.
