Fitness isn't seasonal hobby it's a lifestyle

FITNESS ISNT A SEASONAL HOBBY
ITS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
I'm here today not to give Gyan or share some motivation but to talk about a beautiful client Pranali and her beautiful journey towards getting fit. I know it the biggest challenge when a person decides to go on a diet or a weight loss program, are the thousands of negative thoughts about not getting to munch on favourite food, starving, bland tasteless sick food to achieve so-called weightloss.
This thought process is the biggest enemy which comes in our way of starting the most beautiful journey towards getting fitter. Weight loss is not a seasonal hobby its a lifestyle change and that cant be boring, tasteless, colourless is what Pranali teaches us. She is one hell of an inspiration to me and I don't mind confessing her food plan for the day becomes my next day food plan. I am following her right since she started sharing her food pics and wow she makes me feel so so good about this lifestyle change looking so beautiful.
How can we make our fitness journey beautiful:
1. Add variety to your food.
2. Try different recipe
3. Do not compromise on the taste, simple food can be equally tasty
4. Include proteins, veggies, fats and carbs in your food. Do not compromise on nutrients. Every food has something to offer you.
5. Plate your food simple yet neat. In your food world there shouldn't be any fear or guilt but just joy and balance. Just fall in love with the food you eat.
6. Do not starve that's just a shortcut to lose weight and would only give you short term results.
When weight-loss food looks this beautiful, colourful, joyful its impossible to not to make it a lifestyle. Come let's enjoy life, get fitter, fall in love with food yet take care of ourselves. So who is with me through this lifestyle change?
Do share your thoughts on the picture attached, its the effort which Pranali takes every day on herself, talks a lot about self-love isn't it❤❤❤
