HOT WATER VERSUS COLD WATER SHOWER
Taking a bath makes us feel healthy, rejuvenated, and fresh. It is a therapy for relaxing your muscles, opening clogged pores, and helping restore moisture.
Ayurveda encourages hot water for the body and cold water shower for the head as the temperature can damage your sensitive eyes and hair.
For me, cold and hot showers have their advantages, and overall, the best bet is likely somewhere in between.
