Fat Burning Food


There is no single food that will make you fat similarly there is no single food that will make you thin. As long as you are eating within your macros you are good.

Always remember when you eat more calories than your body needs, the additional calories are stored as fats. All you need to watch is to be on a calorie deficit to lose fat.

No food is good or bad. Moderation is the key🙂
