The choices you make every day in terms of your food define your future. A lot of lifestyle disorders like diabetes, Thyroid, BP, PCOD, and PCOS are caused due to wrong eating habits and no workouts.

With food we have around 30 choices every week, so 30 opportunities for us to fix our lifestyle. So you still have options to eat what you currently eating or make changes to switch to better nutritional intake.
