DIET AND WORKOUT ARE THE MAGIC PILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR, YET VERY FEW ARE WILLING TO TAKE THEM.

It really wonders me when people call for enquiries and they have a list ready for all that they are not willing to do to fix their weight loss goals. I have no time, I don't want to work out, I can't cook separately, and keeping the unrealistic expectation of losing all they have gained over years in 3 months without even wanting to put in the required effort.
