How to reduce Bloating?

Can be treated through lifestyle changes:

2. Avoid gas-generating food like legumes, vegetables from the cabbage family, lentils, chewing gum, or carbonated drinks.

3. Increase water intake.

4. Include probiotics like curd into your diet.

5. Get more active every day.

6. Don't starve eat at regular intervals.
